About
Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition is an enhanced version of the original Xenoblade Chronicles game released in 2010 for the Nintendo Wii. It was developed by Monolith Soft and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch in 2020.
The Definitive Edition features updated graphics, improved sound quality, and additional content such as a new epilogue story, new character models, and remastered music. The game also includes quality of life improvements, such as a redesigned user interface, improved quest tracking, and a new “casual” difficulty mode.
The game follows the story of Shulk, a young man who wields a powerful weapon known as the Monado, and his friends as they set out on a journey to stop the Mechon, a race of mechanical beings, from destroying their home world. The game features a vast open world with a real-time combat system, allowing players to strategically choose their attacks and party members to overcome challenging enemies.
